Pour 6 - 8 oz of Forbidden Fruit spiced apple wine into to microwave safe mug.
Heat in a microwave oven for 15-30 seconds until hot.
Add a teaspoon or two of sugar to taste and a stick of cinnamon (optional). Honey can also be used.

For a full bottle: pour the bottle into a pot on the stove. Add a 1/4 cup of sugar, stir to mix. Heat gently until you see the first hint of steam.
