"this imaginative vintner has developed a stellar list of wild and wildly diverse chile wines" Lenora Dannelke, In the Spirit Chile Pepper magazine March 2009
We were the first winery to ever receive a 1st Place Scovie Award (international gourmet food competition featuring spicy foods.)
Most of the peppers used in making these wines are grown at the winery. Several different varieties are used including the Carolina Reaper which is currently listed as the world's hottest.
The wines range from "mild" where the pepper is only an accent (you can't even taste it) to "extremely hot" for those who are truly Chili-heads. If you have any questions about the heat level, please drop us a note.
